Active infestation? We run around the clock — call us.

Termite control that catches them before they cost you a roof.

Texas termites do more damage than fires and storms combined. We find them in the walls, in the slab, and in places most homeowners never look — and we deal with them before they deal with your house.

Signs you may have termites

  • Mud tubes climbing your foundation or interior walls (subterranean termites)
  • Discarded wings near windowsills or doorframes after a warm rain (swarmers)
  • Wood that sounds hollow when tapped or crumbles under light pressure
  • Tiny piles of what looks like sawdust or coffee grounds (drywood termite frass)
  • Bubbling, blistered, or peeling paint that wasn't caused by moisture
  • Doors and windows that suddenly stick — a sign of subtle structural shifting
  • Visible insects, especially the small light-colored bodies inside walls or around lights

How we treat termite control

A targeted approach for lasting results.

1

Inspect

We walk your property — interior, exterior, attic, crawlspace, slab perimeter. We identify the species (subterranean vs. drywood — they're treated differently), locate active colonies, and map the conducive conditions that brought them in.

2

Treat

Subterranean termites get either a liquid termiticide barrier around the foundation or an in-ground baiting system, depending on your property and infestation. Drywood termites get targeted localized treatment, fumigation, or heat — whatever the situation actually calls for. We do not blanket-spray. We do not upsell to fumigation when localized treatment will do the job.

3

Protect

Annual termite inspections, baiting station monitoring (if applicable), and warranty-backed re-treatment. If termites return to a treated area within the warranty period, we come back at no charge. The point is for you to stop thinking about termites.
