Hearing activity at night? The sooner we look, the easier it is to solve.

Rodent control that finds the entry point and closes it for good.

Mice and rats don't just show up — they find a way in and stay. DFX finds exactly how they're getting into your home, seals it, removes what's already inside, and sets up the monitoring to make sure it stays that way. No forgotten traps, no guesswork.

Signs you have a rodent problem

  • Droppings along walls, in cabinets, under the sink, or behind appliances
  • Gnaw marks on food packaging, wood trim, baseboards, or wiring
  • Scratching, scurrying, or squeaking sounds inside walls or the ceiling — usually at night
  • Nesting materials — shredded insulation, paper, or fabric stuffed into a hidden cavity
  • Smear marks along baseboards where rodents regularly travel the same path
  • A musty or ammonia-like odor in areas with high activity or nesting

How we treat rodent control

A targeted approach for lasting results.

1

Find how they're getting in

We inspect the full perimeter of your home — foundation gaps, utility penetrations, vents, roofline, and door sweeps. Mice can squeeze through a gap the diameter of a dime; rats through a quarter-sized opening. We locate every confirmed and probable entry point, not just the obvious ones.

2

Seal it and remove what's inside

We seal entry points using the right materials for each location — hardware cloth, steel wool, foam, or caulk based on where the gap is. Simultaneously, we trap and remove the rodents already living inside. The exclusion comes first: without sealing the entries, new rodents replace the ones you remove.

3

Monitor and stay ahead of it

Rodent pressure doesn't stop because you solved one entry point. Seasonal behavior, neighboring properties, and structural settling can open new gaps over time. We set up monitoring and recurring visits on a schedule that makes sense for your property — so a new problem gets caught early rather than becoming an infestation.
