Commercial termite control that protects your structure and your balance sheet.

Termite damage is a balance-sheet problem — structural repair costs, insurance claims, property value impact, and the disruption of remediation all fall on the owner. For commercial property managers, landlords, and facility owners across Texas, proactive termite inspection and documented treatment is the standard. We deliver it.

Signs your commercial property may have termites

  • Active mud tubes on foundation walls, stem walls, or interior structural elements
  • Hollow-sounding wood on inspection — framing, flooring, or interior wall panels
  • Termite swarmers (winged) visible inside during warm-weather months — a serious indicator
  • Discarded swarmer wings near windows, HVAC vents, or building entry points
  • Blistering, buckling, or sagging floors without another obvious cause
  • Structural shifting or sticking doors and windows detected during routine facility maintenance

How we treat commercial termite control

A targeted approach for lasting results.

1

Inspect & document

We conduct a thorough property inspection — foundation, slab perimeter, wood framing, crawlspaces, utility penetrations, and landscaping conditions — and identify species (subterranean vs. drywood require different treatment). You receive documented findings suitable for property management files, insurance records, or investor due diligence.

2

Treat appropriately

Subterranean termites receive a liquid termiticide barrier around the foundation or a monitored in-ground baiting system, based on the property and infestation. Drywood termites receive targeted localized treatment. We do not default to fumigation when a less-disruptive approach will do the job. All treatment is documented.

3

Monitor & maintain

Annual inspections and, where applicable, baiting station monitoring keep your property covered and your records current. Documented recurring service is the industry standard for commercial properties and simplifies any future inspection, sale, or financing requirement.
