When were your filters last replaced?

Filters that do more than catch dust.

DFX replaces your air filters with hospital-grade, antimicrobial-treated replacements. Not a standard hardware-store swap — filters that provide an additional layer of protection as air passes through, installed as part of a clean, whole-system service.

Signs your filters need replacing

  • Filters visibly gray, clogged, or beyond manufacturer's recommended replacement interval
  • Airflow reduction or HVAC system working harder than usual
  • Increased dust on surfaces even after cleaning — often a sign of saturated filters
  • Odors that circulate through the HVAC system
  • No documented filter replacement in recent service history
  • Starting a new commercial air quality program after a lapse in maintenance

How we treat filter replacement

A targeted approach for lasting results.

1

Remove and dispose of existing filters

Existing filters are removed and properly disposed of. We note the filter type, size, and condition — part of the service record.

2

Install hospital-grade antimicrobial-treated replacements

Hospital-grade replacement filters are installed — filters with an antimicrobial treatment that provides an additional layer of protection beyond particulate capture. These are not standard off-the-shelf replacements.

3

Ready for treatment

With clean returns and fresh treated filters in place, the system is ready for the final step: DFX disinfectant applied to the filters and through the air returns. The filter replacement is designed to work as part of the clean-replace-treat sequence, not as a standalone service.
