Ready to schedule a facility treatment?

Hospital-grade treatment. Surface-bonding protection.

DFX applies hospital-grade disinfectant via ULV sprayers for thorough surface coverage — then follows with a proprietary antimicrobial coating that bonds to surfaces and provides a lasting second layer of protection. Monthly service keeps high-touch areas fully covered.

When treatment matters most

  • High-touch surfaces (door handles, countertops, equipment controls) with constant employee or customer contact
  • Healthcare, food service, or multi-family environments with elevated sanitation requirements
  • Post-event or post-outbreak disinfection needs
  • Facilities preparing for a health inspection or regulatory review
  • Businesses onboarding a new disinfection program after a lapse in service
  • Any space where employees, patients, or customers need visible assurance of cleanliness

How we treat disinfection treatment

A targeted approach for lasting results.

1

Facility walkthrough

We walk the facility to identify surface types, traffic patterns, and the high-touch areas that will drive the treatment plan. This informs which surfaces get primary disinfectant focus and where the proprietary coating is most critical.

2

ULV disinfectant application

Hospital-grade disinfectant is applied using ULV (ultra-low-volume) sprayers, which produce a fine mist that covers surfaces thoroughly and reaches areas that manual application misses. Products are EPA-approved and selected for the environment.

3

Antimicrobial coating application

After the primary disinfectant, DFX applies its proprietary antimicrobial coating — a polymer that bonds to treated surfaces. The coating can last months to years on low-traffic surfaces. On high-touch areas subject to friction (handles, controls, counters), monthly reapplication is recommended to maintain coverage. This is a durability statement based on surface use, not a fixed guarantee.
